The section of I80 through Wyoming is the only area along all of I80 coast to coast ~2900 miles, where they have permanent road-closed barriers that can be turned on at anytime. I80 closes more often along this route due to weather than any other section of I80. When I was driving through the wind warning signs showed wind blowing over 50MPH. PassageMail warned me of the conditions in advance. Wind, ice, snow along I80 through Wyoming can be treacherous.
Wyoming is also where I found the cheeped fuel so far!
